Provide consent to receive electronic delivery of your tax documents by December 31, 2023. This will allow you to receive your W-2 form online as soon as it is available in Workday. You will be notified by email in January when your electronic W-2 form is available. Advantages to Electronic Delivery
- Reduces the risk of fraud
- Receiving W-2 form earlier than if it were mailed
- Eliminates risk of W-2 form being lost in the mail
If you do not consent to only electronic delivery, your paper W-2 form will be mailed to your home address. Verify your home address is up to date in Workday and refer to the Change Contact Information tutorial.
