Everyone
To keep our university community safe, everyone is enrolled in brief cybersecurity microlearning sessions. These sessions are designed to raise awareness and empower you to recognize and avoid online threats—no tech background needed!
Microlearnings can be found in a few quick steps:
- Visit one.washu.edu and search for “KnowBe4”.
- Click on the result in ONE to launch the training console.

- Enter your WashU credentials to log in.

Microlearning is fast and easy:
- Watch the short video in your assigned module. At the end of the video, the course will automatically transition to the knowledge check.

- Correctly answer all questions after the video to complete the knowledge check.

- Click “Submit” (the checkmark icon on handheld devices) to exit the module and register your completion.
Your progress is tracked automatically—just be sure to complete each step before closing out. Check your training console to confirm KnowBe4 has registered your completion.

After watching the video, you’ll see a short knowledge check (a quick quiz!). You must answer all questions correctly to complete the knowledge check and microlearning module.

If you have technical issues, please email ithelp@wustl.edu and our service desk can walk you through troubleshooting to complete your microlearning module.
Keep an eye out for emails from the Office of Information Security at infosec@wustl.edu.

- For managers, reminder emails that your team members need to complete the module

Non-Computer Groups
Participants can complete their assigned microlearning using a handheld device, such as a phone or tablet – just make sure your browser is compatible: KnowBe4 Product and Browser Compatibility. You can also download KnowBe4’s Mobile Learner App, available on iOS and Android devices.
